Volunteer Points - Fall 2016

Volunteers must do the following to earn points for the Fall 2016 Season:
  • Complete a "MY2016" Volunteer Application on eAYOS.org
  • SafeHaven training (only need to complete this training once)
  • Print out the application and SafeHaven completion certificate and have them and a valid government issued ID verified by an AYSO Region 116 Board Member
  • Forward the signed, board verified application to Rhaelynne Sherr at [email protected]

Field Crew, Paint Crew, and Referee points will be updated weekly.

U10 and above Head Coach Points are awarded as follows:
- 3 points for turning in Team Volunteer Points Forms by September 10th, 2016
- 2 additional points for turning in player rating forms to their Division Reps no later than November 1st, 2016

Referee Scheduler and Board Member points will not be added until the end of the season.

Head Coach, Referee Scheduler, and Board Member points may be counted as Referee Points.

*No team may earn more than twenty-two (22) Board Member points.*

No Team Volunteer Points Forms will be accepted, nor can any names be added to forms after October 13th, 2016.

Names that are highlighted in yellow are not currently registered as volunteers for the MY2016 Season and must complete the steps as set forth above.
