Initial payment (deposit) is due 24 hours after receiving acceptance email. This deposit is non-refundable and is required to secure your spot with Heroes Volleyball Club.
* Practice Players must be approved by the club director and the club's head coach. Practice Players will be placed on the team that best fits their skill regardless of their age group. The player will have the ability to attend both clinics and team practices.
Season fees† for Select players Include:
- 2 jerseys - 1 hoodie warm-up
- 2 pairs spandex - 1 practice t-shirt with Name and Number
- 2 pairs of socks
- 1 backpack - 1 pair kneepads
- 1 Pair of Shoes
$25 late fee will be added for late payments and Non-sufficient checks
Club fees cover uniforms, coaches pay, gym fees, and tournament fees.
†Club fees DO NOT include: USAV registration, player or parent related travel and lodging expenses (hotel/air/ground), or any food items.
Additional Information:
- EVERYONE MUST register through blue Sports Engine before being allowed to practice or play.
- Payment can be made by check, made payable to Heroes Volleyball.

- SIP (Skill Improvement Program): These players will receive 1 practice jersey and will participate in practices only. SIP athletes do not participate in tournaments.
- All Select teams will play in 6-8 tournaments. Some teams may play up to 10 if they qualify.
- All 14's and above teams will participate in at least 3 qualifiers
- 13's will have 2 multi-day tournaments. For example, Lone Star Classic and Lone Star Regionals.
- 12U will participate in Lone Star Classic.
- All teams (except 12U) will participate in Lone Star Classic and Lone Star Regionals or other multi-day tournament considered National qualifiers. Unless the team decides to substitute. Out of state is an option but is dependent on team's ability to compete.
