Lightning/Thunder Policy:

PGSA will enforce  NCYSA protocol  for lightning safety at the PGSA Soccerplex.  The policy is simple:  If you see lightning, clear the field. If you hear thunder, clear the field.  All participants, spectators, and officials are expected to clear the fields and seek shelter when the horn is blown or any announcement is made that play is suspended due to weather.
