All Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Managers, or Dugout Personnel, must have their USA Background completed by the first game of each season. As soon as this is complete and team personnel receive their cards a copy of this card must be sent to the board.
Failure to do so will make team personnel ineligible to be on the field or in the dugout until it is complete. Cards must be with you at all games and be presented at anytime if requested by District 26 Officials, BSGSA Board Members or Game Officials (Umpires).
Failure to do so can and may result in dismissal from game.
Failure to report an arrest, citation, or conviction may be cause for dismissal if discovered during the season.
