1. All games must start no later than 15 minutes after game time, which is at 6:00 p.m.
2. Super T-Ball games are complete after three innings of play, or after 1 ½ hours of play.
3. Each batter will have six (6) pitches by the coach, after six (6) good pitches and no contact with the ball, the "T" will be used.
4. All pitching will be done by the coach or assistant coach of the team at bat. No limitation on the distance from the plate. All balls used in games must be Easton "9" soft stitch incrediball.
5. All pitching will be done in a slow underhand style.
6. Inning is over after last batter or third out.
7. All players will bat in a continuous order. All batters and base runners will wear a helmet.
8. There will be no walks, stolen bases or lead-offs.
9. No bunting will be allowed.
10. No player shall throw a bat.
11. No metal or wooden bats will be allowed.
12. The catcher is responsible for putting the ball on the tee. The catcher will also wear a helmet.
13. In case of inclement weather, in the judgment of both team coaches, two completed innings will constitute a complete game. If two innings are not complete and rescheduling is required; the game will resume from the last completed inning.
14. If, due to inclement weather, the tee may be used in place of pitching. This can only be done if both team coaches agree.
15. Home team is responsible for setting up the field. Opposing team is responsible for putting equipment away.
16. All fielding players must play three (3) different positions in each game. Radius line is one position.
17. For the purpose of safety, no fielder may advance beyond the radius line toward home plate before the ball is hit. The radius line will extend from third base line to the first base line at a distance of 23 feet from home plate.
18. All equipment must be turned in at the concession stand after the team's last game of the season.
19. A batter becomes a "runner" when the bat makes contact with the ball.
20. All bases and baselines are to be considered the "infield".
21. Boundaries for the field of play are considered the left and right foul lines.
22. When hitting off the "T", runner can only advance to second base. If a ball is hit into the outfield, the runners cannot advance bases once the ball reaches the infield.
23. Distances between the bases shall be 45 feet.
24. No more than two players may play at the radius line.
25. When the last batter is up to bat, the play is at home plate. The ball will be thrown home and all bases should be emptied.
26. No player shall slide into bases.
27. A parent or guardian must attend all practices and games.
28. No smoking or alcoholic beverages allowed.
29. Printed T-Ball rules take priority over any conflicting Little League Baseball rules and regulations.
Theses rules are intended to promote a safe and fun, yet fair, opportunity for young children to participate in and to learn the game of baseball. Since winning is not of prime importance, informality and leniency is desirable. However, parents and coaches philosophies sometimes differ in this regard. Certain rules must be established so the equitable judgment can be made.
