2026 CYBA Fall Ball Season (ages 4-16)

Babe Ruth division

Players ages 13-1 will play against other local leagues that have a Babe Ruth program. This division is on a full size 90' base path and 60' pitching distance. This division plays with full baseball rules, including full steals, leads, and a larger field; geared towards getting kids ready for the next level of baseball at the high school level!

The Babe Ruth Division will consist of approximately a 10-game regular season and will run from end of August through September.

MAJORS Rec division/teams

All players, aged 11-12, will compete inter-league against each other, in the Fall, in an effort to continue to advance their skill level and raise their game to the next level. This division plays on a 70' base path with 50' pitching distance. This division introduces full lead offs and steals with a greater pitching distance. Outfield fences vary per field but tend to stay around 200'.

The MAJORS Rec season will consist of approximately a 10-game regular season and will run from end of August through September.

MINORS Rec division/teams

All players, aged 9-10, and any 8-year old that wants to play up from Machine Pitch will inter-league against each other, in the Fall, in an effort to continue to advance their skill level and raise their game to the next level. This division is the first age group for KID Pitch, developing player mindset, arm strength, and growing player fundamentals.

The MINORS Rec season will consist of approximately a 10-game regular season and will run from end of August through September.

MACHINE PITCH division

All players, aged 7-8, and any 6-7yr old that wants to play up from Coach Pitch will play within Caldwell Baseball against other Caldwell Baseball Teams. This division is new for 2026 and is developmental for player hitting and confidence.

The MACHINE PITCH Rec season will consist of approximately a 10-game regular season and will run from end of August through September.

COACH PITCH division

All players, aged 6-7, and any 5-year old that wants to play up from T-Ball will play within Caldwell Baseball against other Caldwell Baseball Teams. This division is developmental for base running, first eyes on moving contact division, growing strength and baseball knowledge.

The COACH PITCH Rec season will consist of approximately a 10-game regular season and will run from end of August through September.

T-BALL division

All players, aged 4-5 years of age, this is the intorductory to baseball! learning the field names and locations, understanding how to hold a bat and of course building some amazing sand castles!

The T-BALL division will consist of approximately a 10-game regular season and will run from end of August through September.

*Players at try-outs will be assessed, evaluated & determined by the Caldwell Youth Baseball Board, Local League Boards and along with members of our community that have unbiased opinions and do not have players in the league. ALL PLAYERS WILL MAKE A TEAM! these are players assessments to determine skill level and player safety.
