WHYSA Picture Day, October 15, 2016

Coaches please inform your parents of the following:

1. Pictures will be on the North side of field #3, where the goals are kept, at Simmers Young Park.

2. Have your team at the CUSTOMER SERVICE TABLE area 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

3. All team members must be present before Visual Sports Photography can begin taking photos.

4. Complete the order form before your scheduled photo time.

5. Payment methods: Cash, Check, Money Order, Credit, and Debit Cards.

6. Make Checks Payable to Visual Sports Photography. There is a $30 Charge for all returned checks.

7. Prices include sales tax.

8. Orders must be paid for on photo day.

Visual Sports Photography will bring a full staff to answer questions and help with the

ordering process.

Coaches please encourage your players to come get their picture taken, even if they are not

purchasing anything, that way you can have them in the team photo.
