At WHYSA we wish to provide you all that we can to help you be a successful coach.  Whether you are a rookie coach or one with experience there is always something to learn.

It is suggested that your practices center around improving the overall skill level of all players on your team. In turn your team will improve as the season progresses. Scrimmaging provides great game day preparation, but any coach who works on skills will see the benfit as players instinctively use the skills learned in practice.

We have found some resources by searching the net which would offer you a good start in coaching your team-start to finish.  WHYSA encourages coaches to share resources with us that we will provide to the other coaches in a way to improve our Club overall.
