Team Parents Expectations
· Attend the team parent meeting
· Communicates and distributes information for league events, important dates, game times etc.
· Is the "go to" person on all questions regarding team activities, fundraising etc.
· Distribute and collects fundraising events for league
· Helps communicate between coaches and players – keeps team informed
· Distributes team roster, snack, game and practice schedule *snack schedule if applicable
· Organize team for picture day: communicates assigned picture time, location and ensures that team is ready and on time; team is lined up
·   from shortest to tallest. All order forms are distributed a week prior to picture day and all order forms must be completed for picture day,
· regardless of purchase made or not. Distributes photos once they arrive
· Assist with field duties – Reminds fans that trash needs to be picked up after EVERY game.
· May coach, keep score etc.
· Coordinates end of season team parties, coach gift, team awards etc.
**Remember: You don't have to manage all this on your own. Delegate to other families on the team if you need to.**
