Dear BAAA Supporter & Local Business Owner,
We are writing regarding our community athletic organization.  We are a local 501c non-profit youth sports organization for children ages Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade in Football, Cheerleading, Wrestling, Basketball, and Lacrosse.  We do our best to incorporate good sportsmanship, participation of all members, and involvement in group activities that build self-esteem, good character, discipline, and promote healthy activities for children in our community.  We are asking for sponsorship for our up-coming Fall 2022 season.  With your generous contribution, we will be able to purchase newer, safer athletic equipment, cheer uniforms, do field maintenance upgrades, and offer overall cost reductions so every child can participate regardless of financial status.

This season we will need to replace our old concession fry trailer with a new one. This is very costly, but very necessary to our football and cheer programs and we could use your help!   You could simply offer a donation of any amount, or you could consider advertising with BAAA, your business will reach thousands of potential customers in Washington and Frederick counties.  We currently offer 4 levels of sponsor advertising:

BLACK ($50): VIP season pass to any BAAA home football game, and your business name and logo listed on the BAAA website and Facebook page as a sponsor for one full year!

WHITE ($100):  VIP season pass to any BAAA home game, business logo, name, & phone number listed on an individual 2’x 2’ vinyl sign to be displayed at all home games for one full season.  Company name announced at home games.  Facebook ads on our BAAA Facebook page. 

ORANGE ($300) VIP season pass to any BAAA home football game, your business name & logo on our website and Facebook page as a sponsor, a 2’x 2’ sign above the concession stand for one year ($250 each additional year, if you would like it to remain) LIMITED SPACE ACT FAST!

BLUE ($500):  VIP season pass to any BAAA home football game for you and family, individual 2’x 2’ vinyl sign with business name, logo, & phone number to be displayed on the fence at each home game, company logo and name listed on the BAAA website and as a sponsor on our Facebook page, and a 3’ x 3’ metal sign to be placed on our scoreboard all season! That’s from July-November! LIMITED SPACE ACT FAST!
