Program Highlights

• We offer over 24 professional training sessions per season
• Training will take place in Dublin and Powell
• Home games will be at Watkins Fields (Shelly Park), 7200 Watkins Road, Ostrander, Ohio 43061
• Training will kick off with a team camp the week of August 5th

FEES cover professional team and skill development training, goal keeper training, one training jersey, field fees and insurance costs, league and carding fees as applicable for MOSSL, MOSSL tournaments, referees, ticket to the Crew game for Locker Soccer Night on August 22, 2015, administrative costs and marketing. (Note: Uniforms not included)

FEE PAYMENTS are due on scheduled dates below. All payments, including $350 deposit due upon commitment, are non-refundable. Make check made payable to Locker Soccer Elite and mail to the address below. Please include player name and team on check. As per policy, any player with a delinquent account risks not being able to participate in team activities. Please note that all fees paid are non-refundable for players that quit once their position has been accepted.

There will be a $50 multi-child discount for each siblings. There will be a $200 discount for the parent head coach.

Payment Schedule

Uniforms

We will have a uniform fitting and paperwork meeting on Saturday June 20th at Locker Soccer Academy in Powell. At this time, parents will be able to purchase the uniform ($78) and additional training jerseys if desired. Uniform includes one royal and one white jersey, 1 pair royal shorts, 1 pair of royal socks The uniforms will be worn for two years. Elite FC uses Soccer Village in Dublin for the purchase of uniforms. If additional apparel is required, it can be purchased at their retail location.

Ages U13-U14-U15

U13 and U14 are under FC42. Handling of fee payments and uniforms will take place at FC42.
