Steve Locker - President & Director of Coaching
Steve Locker draws very heavily from his many years of soccer experience to insure an ever evolving and engaging curriculum for the young children in his program.
Steve played soccer for Penn State University, for Hannover 96 in Germany, and was the very first American to earn a professional coaching diploma from Germany. During his 19 years of collegiate coaching, Steve's teams were quite successful, winning many league titles along the way. His 1996 Harvard squad held the record for consecutive wins in Division I that year.
Steve was on the National Soccer Coaches Association of America's coaching staff, spending nearly ten years teaching coaches. He has studied extensively with top clubs in Europe, including a significant amount of time with AC Milan.
Mike Salisbury
Coach Mike Salisbury has been with Locker Soccer since the beginning. He started playing soccer when he was 6 years old. Coach Mike played soccer in college at both the Community College of Alleghany County and Otterbein. He won a state title at CCAC and went on to the final four.
Coach Mike has been coaching at different levels since 1990. Coach Mike has been married for 21 years to his lovely wife and best friend and has two beautiful daughters.
