What is MYAA Travel Basketball?

•   It’s a commitment
•   A level above REC basketball for children to further develop their skills.

•  You Travel around Bergen county playing other towns in your age bracket
•  Runs same time as REC Basketball.
•  Additional fees are required for travel to cover uniforms/refs
•  If numbers dictate there might be tryouts and possibly cuts

o   There is at least one additional game and practice on top of your REC schedule

o    Coaches except 100% attendance to both practices and games
o   Playing time is NOT guaranteed.  We allow coaches to evaluate the kids and determine based of the flow of game and other factors the amount of time each kid plays.
