Registrations, Rosters, and the Refund Process
How do I register for the upcoming season, and what forms of payment are accepted?
Registration for all seasons is now fully online, allowing us to efficiently manage registrations year-round and eliminate the need for paper forms. We accept credit and debit card payments for all fees. If you prefer to pay by check, that option is still available, specific instructions will be provided upon completing the online registration form.
When do I need to register my child to play in the Spring and Fall seasons?
Exact dates may vary by year, please refer to the Registration section of our website for the most current deadlines.
Why are late fees charged when the season doesn’t begin for nearly two months?
Running a successful season involves year-round planning, including early purchases of equipment, uniforms, insurance, and other supplies. These are often ordered in bulk to secure the best pricing.
Late registrations require additional resources and disrupt timely team formation. To encourage on-time registration and manage costs, late fees are applied as follows:

What is your refund policy for registration fees?
We understand that family plans can change, and we strive to be as fair as possible when handling refund requests. However, since significant costs are incurred early in the planning process, our refund policy is as follows:
Refund Eligibility
Full Refund (minus a small processing fee):
Available if the refund request is submitted before the registration deadline.
Partial Refund:
May be considered after the registration deadline but before team rosters are finalized. This partial refund accounts for non-recoverable costs such as uniforms, league fees, or insurance expenses.
No Refunds:
Once teams are formed and uniforms ordered, we are typically unable to issue refunds, as funds have already been allocated to expenses.
To request a refund, please contact the club registrar [email protected], please include a brief explanation of your refund request and any supporting documentation if applying under a special circumstance.
My family is currently facing financial hardship, is their financial assistance available?
Yes. We understand that some families may experience difficult times, and we are committed to ensuring that financial challenges do not prevent children from participating in soccer. To support the development of all youth in our community, we offer financial assistance on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility and Coverage
Assistance is awarded per season and applies only to registration fees.
Equipment and travel uniforms are not covered under this program.
The number of families who can receive aid depends on the available funds at the time of application.
Application Requirements
The financial assistance application process is strictly confidential. To apply, families should be prepared to possibly provide:
