If you are looking to coach during the 2022 Spring season please be aware that there will be some additional responsibilities placed on coaches for this season.  These responsibilities are outlined in the coaching guidelines form below.  They must be understood and followed.  If at any time you are found to be in violation of these guidelines, you may be removed as a coach for MBRB.  These guidelines are in place to not only protect you, but your players, their families and all the families in the neighboring programs.

If you already have a coaching application on file from the 2021 season, you do not need to fill out the entire application, simply return the signature portion of the application (pages 4, 5 and 6).  If you filled out a background check form for the 2021 season you do NOT need to fill one out for the 2022 Spring season, however if you filled out a background check form prior to 2021, it is no longer valid and you will need to fill out a new one.  The coaches code of conduct has been appended to the end of the coaching application and should not be confused with the signature page of the application itself.  We have included a link below for the code of conduct as well.

Forms required to coach during the 2022 Spring Season:

1. A completed coaching application or signature page
2. A completed background check form (if needed, see above)
3. The signature page of the 2021 coaching guidelines (all coaches)
4. Coach Code of conduct, signed (part of the application, last two pages)
