If you wish to have your child play in a league other than the one available during registration, you must complete your registration for the league available to you first.  Then you must request a PROGRAM CHANGE by clicking on the link below to access the PROGRAM CHANGE REQUEST FORM.   Please fill out the form COMPLETELY and return to the league for review by the Board of Directors.  You will be notified when a decision has been made.
