Registration Information:

All registrations must be submitted online.
No refunds will be given after registrants are assigned to a team/teams are drafted. A $25.00 service charge will apply to any refunds that are approved.
Late Registrations:
Registrations received after February 15th will be considered late. A late fee of $50.00 will be charged. Late fees may not be refundable.
Wait List:
A child registered after all available roster spots are filled will be placed on a Waiting List and may not get to play. The player fee is not charged until the child is placed on a team. Every effort will be made to place Wait List registrants on a team.
IMPORTANT: For insurance purposes, all players must also join U.S. Lacrosse. Online registration for U.S. Lacrosse can be found here: http://www.usalacrosse.com/membership.aspx. IMPORTANT: A U.S. Lacrosse membership number must be provided to complete the registration process. The U.S. Lacrosse name, DOB, address and email address must match up with participant information.
To verify age/eligibility, all player registrants must provide copy of their birth certificate. Registration provides a method to upload the certificate. You only have to upload the birth certificate once (not every season).
