LATE SECOND SEASON REGISTRATION

From now until Saturday, July 27, 2019 you can request a late registration form for BJLBA’s Second Season program. This program is for all children between the ages of five and twelve (i.e., a child must be 5-years-old prior to August 1, 2019 and cannot be 13-years-old prior to May 1, 2019). This program is intended for players new to our community or program or any current BJLBA player. The cost is $30.

your NAME, mailing ADDRESS, home TELEPHONE NUMBER, and the NAME(S) and DATE(S) OF BIRTH of the child or children that you wish to register. In addition, if the child played on one of our regular season teams, please provide the team’s name.
