Itβs time to lace up those sneakers! Tabernacle Athletic Association (TAA) is excited to welcome athletes in grades Kβ8 to the 2026 Seneca Youth Track & Field season.
Open to students from Tabernacle, Shamong, Southampton, and Chatsworth, our program focuses on building confidence, strength, endurance, and a lifelong love of fitness in a fun, supportive team environment.
π Why Join Seneca Youth Track?
Our experienced coaching staff, made up of former high school and collegiate athletes, introduces young runners to a wide variety of track and field events while teaching proper training techniques, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
Athletes will:
Learn age-appropriate track and field events
Improve speed, strength, flexibility, and endurance
Participate in engaging fitness activities
Build confidence and healthy habits that extend beyond the track
Whether your child is brand new to track or returning for another season, thereβs a place for everyone!

Parent Volunteers π
We truly could not run a successful season without the support of our families, and we would love your help this year! Volunteering is a great way to be involved, meet other track families, and support our athletes.
Parents are encouraged to indicate their interest in volunteering at the time of registration and reach out directly to Rebecca at [email protected]. Assistance will be needed at home meets, and roles are flexible and shared so no one is doing it alone. Many volunteer positions require no prior experience, and we will provide guidance at practice and on the day of the Meets.
Your support makes a huge difference, and we sincerely appreciate everyone who is able to help make this season a great one for our athletes. π
