North Forsyth Little League's boundaries are, beginning in the northeast, where Baux Mountain Road crosses the Forsyth County line and runs south along Baux Mountain Road to Old Rural Hall Road. It continues along Old Rural Hall Road and down along Liberty Street to US 52. It runs south along US 52 until the intersection of US 421. From there it runs west along US 421 until Marshall Street. From there it runs north along Marshall Street and University Avenue until Silas Creek. It continues to the west tracing Silas Creek until it passes under Reynolda Road. There the boundary turns back north along Reynolda Road/NC 67 across the Yadkin River and into East Bend. The boundary then traces Fairground Road to Shady Grove Church Road to Shoals Road up to the Yadkin River. It then traces the Yadkin River back to the Forsyth County line. The Forsyth County line makes up the rest of the boundary back to Baux Mountain Road, excluding the areas of the City of King that extend into Forsyth County.
