To be eligible to play ball at North Forsyth Little League, a child must meet at least one of three requirements:
- The child's parents are living together and reside within our league boundaries.
- Either parent or court appointed legal guardian reside within our league boundaries.
- The child attends a school within our league boundaries.
Proof of residence must be established by supplying documents that containing the following:
- parent(s) or guardian(s) name
- street address
- city
- state
- zip code
- dated between February 1st of last year and February 1st of this year
The documents must come from each of three groups:
Group I
Driver's License
School records
Vehicle records (i.e. registration, lease, etc.)
Employment records
Insurance documents
Group II
Welfare/child care records
Federal records (i.e. Federal Tax, Social Security, etc.)
State records
Local (municipal) records
Support payment records
Homeowner or tenant records
Military records
Group III
Voter's Registration
Utility bills (i.e. gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal)
Financial (loan, credit, investments, etc.) records
Medical records
Internet, cable, or satellite records
School attendance can be established by providing on of the following documents:
- Official/Certified School enrollment record
- Little League School Enrollment Form completed by the principal, assistant principal, or authorized administrator
