Annual General Meeting

THE MUSC/MUSF Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held:

When: Thursday, March 2, 2023
Time: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Where: WVU CPASS Building, 375 Birch St, Room G10

Agenda Items:
- Call to Order
- Opening Remarks
- Roll Call
- Approval of Minutes
- Special Orders (Priority items of business)
- Officers/Executive Board Updates
- Functional Board Member/Division Director Updates
- Committee Updates
- Unfinished Business (Any pending items/topics from previous meeting)
- New Business* (New items/topics)
- Good of the Order (open discussion comments or observations without formal motions- five (5) minute time limit)
- Adjourn
- Executive Session (if needed)

* New Business - Elections - We are in the Group A Election Cycle. Group A positions are for a 3 year term and are:

- Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Position vacant, and is to be eliminated. ByLaws being updated to reflect this change.
