Step 1: Volunteer Registration

Log in to your Sport Connect profile, go to your Home Dashboard, and click the Volunteer tab on the left-hand column to sign up.

Step 2: Complete Required WVSA Coaching Courses

These courses are mandatory to coach in US Youth Soccer (WV):

• Concussion Management Course (Every 2 years)
• Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training (Every 2 years)
  • A valid CPR/AED certification can be uploaded instead.
• SafeSport - WV Soccer Abuse Prevention Training for Adults (Yearly)

Step 3: Risk Management & Background Check (Yearly)

• You must complete all three courses above before starting your background check.
