On advice of our legal counsel, all GFL conditioning and workouts are hereby POSTPONED until June 25th, 2020. The decision to allow resuming conditioning and workouts will be made in conjunction with our legal counsel and our medical advisory team. This decision to postpone early conditioning and workouts does not affect or alter our current plan to start the 2020 Season as scheduled. Further updates will be made as they develop. Our focus is the HEALTH & SAFETY of our youth. The current conditions and restrictions being imposed on us are not manageable at this time. We have the responsibility to enforce the restrictions and medical guidelines from our medical advisory team and our governing bodies. The magnitude and complexity of these restrictions and guidelines are not manageable by any of our member associations. This decision to postpone was made to protect the health and safety of EVERYONE!! We are in communication with our medical advisory team and will continue to follow their advice as changes are constantly being made. We will continue to keep you updated. We ask that everyone remain patient as we navigate through these uncertain times. Changes are being made daily and we, along with our medical team, remain confident that we will be able to start our 2020 season as scheduled.
