Lawrenceville Youth Association Refund Policy (Revised 4/21/20)

Lawrenceville Youth Association has adopted a “No-Refund” policy with regards to all registration fees. The Lawrenceville Youth Association Board of Directors feel that due to the rapid expansion in all of the sports programs offered by Lawrenceville Youth Association., we need to be able to better manage the numbers within each sport.

The only exceptions to this policy would be: 

1. In the event that the child was medically unable to participate in the sport he/she had registered for, a note from a doctor, on letterhead indicating that the participant cannot participate is required

   1. If a parent has requested a refund due to medical reasons prior to the start of the season (prior to the start of practice), they will receive a refund minus $50 administration fee, uniform, and other GFL Cheerleading fees.  

2. If a parent can provide proof that the child is moving from the school district, then a refund minus $50 administration fee, uniform, and GFL Cheerleading fees will be granted.
   
3. If the season is canceled due to pandemic (COVID 19) we will make full refund minus credit card processing fees, cost for uniform if not ordered, and any GFL Cheerleading fees not processed.  If GFL Cheerleading fees were processed, it will go towards next years GFL Cheerleading fees.

*The Lawrenceville Youth Association Executive Board reserves the right to waive this Refund Policy at its sole discretion at any time. All request must be presented in writing to the League President or Treasurer. Such waiver shall generally be in response to extenuating or highly unusual circumstances, and in no event shall the Executive Board be obligated to waive this Refund Policy.
