Upland Foothill Little League is a volunteer-run, community-supported league serving the families of Upland, California. We are a chartered member of Little League International, playing under District 23 and Section 3. Everything we do — our rules, our safety policies, our player protections — is built around one goal: developing our kids as people and as athletes.
