Our Mission · Article II, UFLL Constitution
"The objective of the Local League shall be to implant firmly in the youth of the community the ideals of
fair play, honesty, loyalty, courage, and respect for authority,
so that they may become stronger and happier and will grow to be decent, healthy, and trustworthy citizens."
Upland Foothill Little League Constitution
To achieve these goals, all managers, coaches, players, and parents are expected to lead by example — demonstrating positive behavior, sportsmanship, and fair play at all times. The Board of Directors has mandated the following Code of Conduct. All board members, managers, coaches, parents/guardians, and players agree to comply by virtue of participating in UFLL. Any spectator invited as a guest will also be expected to adhere to these guidelines.
Prohibited Conduct
NO Board Member, Manager, Coach, Player, Parent/Guardian, or Spectator shall:
-
✕
Challenge an umpire's authority. Umpires have full authority and discretion during a game to penalize offenders — up to and including removal from the game.
-
✕
Lay a hand upon, shove, strike, or threaten any player, umpire, coach, or board member at any time.
-
✕
Insult or abuse — verbally, physically, or in writing — any official, board member, manager, coach, player, or spectator. This includes communicating in a disrespectful manner to any of the aforementioned.
-
✕
Exhibit unsportsmanlike dissent at an official's decision — including throwing gloves, helmets, hats, bats, or balls.
-
✕
Use unnecessarily rough tactics in the play of a game against an opposing player.
-
✕
Use profane, obscene, or vulgar language or gestures in any manner, at any time.

Tamper or manipulate any league rosters, schedules, official score books, rankings, financial records, draft positions, or draft selections.
