Field Marshall Duties

Field Marshal Duties

1. Players and Coaches must arrive 1 hour prior to their first game of the tournament. They must check in, together, at the Tourney Headquarters. Each player must have their player form in their hand, be fully dressed in their uniform, cleats and shin guards. If this is not completed the team WILL NOT PLAY.

2. Coaches must have (3) completely filled out game cards. The cards must be on card stock paper with players listed in jersey# order, first and last names. This will also be checked in at Tourney Headquarters. I've attached a sample game card.

3. Coaches and teams will be checked in AGAIN approx 30mins before their game by a field marshal, not a ref due to time constraints.

4. There will not be a lot of room to warm up or a lot of parking, so we suggest that teams arrive at least one hour in advance to all games.

Thank you to all the parents and volunteers who make this tournament such a success! AYSO is a volunteer driven organization and its wonderful to see so many families donate their time to make this such a fun and exciting tournament. Kids that have played this tournament before look forward to it every year, kids that have never played can't wait to return next season. The number of volunteer hours that go into this event is staggering and the planning starts several months in advance. Congratulations to all who earned medals and to those teams who are representing Region 741 at Area Q Playoffs!!
