PLAYERS – SAVE TIME BY PRE-REGISTERING ONLINE!!!

- After completing the online registration for, print (1) copy & bring it to one of the above registration events.
- ALL NEW PLAYERS must be present at time of registration.
- ALL NEW PLAYERS must have a LEGAL copy of birth certificate in order to be registered.
- Registration Fees are due at time of registration. We can ONLY accept Cash or Check at this time.
VOLUNTEERS CAN PRE-REGISTER ONLINE TOO!
- Volunteer forms are needed every year for all those who wish to be a Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Manager, or Referee.
- Go to
www.eayso.org, fill out the online VOLUNTEER registration form, print (1) copy & bring it to one of the above registration events.
- Every AYSO family is asked to provide at least one volunteer age 14 and older.
PLAYER ASSESSMENT
Children who did not play in the 2015 AYSO season in Region 741 must have their soccer skills assessed by our AYSO staff so that all our teams will remain balanced. Please bring your child in appropriate attire to do a bit of running and ball handling. Soccer cleats are not required.

Anyone wanting to register a child for the program must go online to pre-register by visiting www.eayso.org, on or after April 1, 2015. Parents and guardians must bring one copy of the forms with them to the registration. New players must bring a legal birth certificate.
If you child turns 4 before Aug 1st you can play this year!
The fall season runs from mid August through November. Registration is open to children born between 7/31/12 and 8/1/97.
Scholarships will be available this year. All scholarship applications will need to be processed & approved PRIOR to registration. Please see Financial Assistance Forms above. NOTE: scholarship applications will not be accepted after 7/1/16.
Schlorship Application
The organization also has a VIP soccer program for physically or mentally challenged children. Registration for this program will be held at the same times and location as the other sessions.

Registration Refunds:
Dropped players will receive a 100% refund of their registration fee up to August 1st, 2016.
After August 1st and before the first game is played, dropped players will receive a 50% refund of their registration fee.
After their first game of the 2016 season is played, dropped players will not receive a refund of their registration fee.
