Code of Conduct:

• Have a positive working relationship with the coach and enjoy open communication.
• Do not instruct the players (including their own child) from the sidelines during the game.
• Respect the judgment of the referee and does not criticize officials.
• Focus on mastering game skills knowledge and, to some extent, game strategies.
• Decrease the pressure on their child to win, instead encouraging their efforts.
• Believes that sport's primary value is to allow youth the opportunity for self- development.
• Understands the risks. A game is full of mistakes. Playing is a willingness to chance a failure.
• Controls negative emotions and thinks positively.
