Medford Skating is the Learn to Skate and Figure Skate arm of Medford Recreational Hockey. The program serves skaters from Medford, MA and all surrounding towns. Medford Figure Skating Program, established in 1987, is recognized as one of the premier local city/town figure skating programs in the Metropolitan Boston Area, skaters come from Medford and surrounding communities.

All skaters (Children and adults) are welcome whether you're interested in recreational skating or figure skating we are happy to work with you!
The Medford Figure Skating Fall-Winter Program is available for ages 4-Adult and runs October thru March at LoConte Rink, 97 Locust Street Medford
We offer TWO 10 week sessions:
Session #1: October 14th- December 16th
Session #2: January 6th- March 16th
Sessions are 50 minutes in duration, a 25 minute lesson and a 25 minute supervised practice
Each session is $200
Saturday Schedule: Read description below to see which time you should attend, either 10am or 11am
10:00 AM:
- All skaters ages 10 and older
- All Basic 4-6
- All Free Skate badge levels 1-5
OR:
11:00 AM
All beginner skaters ages 4-9
All NEW skaters ages 4-9 will start out at Snow Plow Sam level 1
All Snow Plow skaters
All Basic 1-3
All adults
Required Equipment: Skating or Bicycle Helmet with skater's name taped on the front, Figure or hockey skates, NO DOUBLE RUNNERS, Warm Clothing and Mittens.

We will conclude the season with an OPTIONAL “SPRING ICE SHOW”. This is a great opportunity for children taking group lessons with our skating program to display some of their skating ability in our show. Skaters must also continue with group lessons during our January session. Cost is $75 per skater. (Costume and rehearsal)
