The McIntire Board of Directors met last week and decided that given the distancing requirements, we are going to cancel the Fall Ball season for the T-ball and Coach Pitch divisions.  The consensus from the board was that it would be extremely difficult to keep the younger kids appropriately distanced.  We also have had some push back from coaches on their confidence that they could maintain the distancing required by the City to begin Fall sports.  The City of Charlottesville has decided to keep the city fields under Phase 2 guidance which limits the number of kids per field to 50 individuals while requiring that distancing of 10 feet is maintained at all times.
