• Youth Sports Fall 2020 Season - OPEN WITH MODIFICATIONS. After reviewing Virginia’s Phase 3 Coronavirus restrictions, Roanoke County expects to offer a Fall 2020 youth sports season with program modifications. Season dates and information are now available, with registration through your local athletics league (CSRF) beginning July 1. A complete list of modifications will be finalized by July 21.
• Schedule Subject to Change - Please note that policy and procedural changes or schedule modifications may be made at any point in the season as circumstances warrant. Be aware that while recreational level games can be played in Phase Three, Phase Two physical distancing guidelines are not conducive to recreational level game play. Consequently, should Roanoke County be placed in Phase Two at any point during the season, games would be postponed during the reversion and teams would only be permitted to hold practices in accordance with published Phase Two guidelines. Please note, however, should the reversion to Phase 2 occur, it will likely be necessary to extend the season through November 14 to accommodate the regular season without consideration of post-season play.

      With the potential of cancelling the season, CSRF has modified the refund policy as follows:

      If the season is cancelled prior to the start of practices, a full refund will be provided.  If the season is cancelled after the start of practices and before games begin, a refund of 50% of the registration fee will be provided.  If the season is cancelled after games begin, no refunds will be provided..
