St. John's Athletic Association supports both girls & boys volleyball.

 It is required that your child's fee be paid PRIOR to trying out for grades 5th through 8th or receiving a uniform for 3rd and 4th grades.  

Volleyball teams are setup in the following format:
3rd/4th grade instructional – With this age group the primary focus is introducing and developing skills and to get as many touches on the volleyball as possible. Assessments are not completed for this age group. The league requires that 3rd/4th grade be mixed, and that we don’t have all 3rd grade teams or all 4th grade teams. Teams will be picked out of a hat.  Coaches will not choose team members.

5th/6th and 7th/8th grade teams – The league has levels for these age groups, A, B1, and B. Girls will have a tryout to determine which team they will play on, but there will be NO CUTS.  Every girl will be placed on a team. (Parents of current students in these grades will NOT be allowed in the gym during tryouts.)

High School team- Girls in high school wanting to play for StJB will need to register online.  If there are enough girls, we will have a team.
