Westfield Youth Sports

Lacrosse is a fast-paced sport that is growing throughout the area!  It is great for multi-sport athletes as it will help with agility, hand-eye coordination, and endurance.  It takes elementrys from soccer, basketball, softball and volleyball that will help your daughter build skills that will transfer.  If your daughter is playing another spring sport and wants to give lacrosse a try we will be flexible to their schedule.
