ROCK SCHOOL hosted by Varsity Football Coach Jake Gilbert, WHS Athletic Performance Coach Tavio Henson, and other High School and Middle School Coaches. Rock School will focus on strength training, agility, speed training, running technique, flexibility, and mobility for ALL sports.

Boys and girls entering grades 4-6 are encouraged to join the Westfield athletic development program to help improve athletic abilities, strength, speed, and flexibility.  Rock School will meet on Tuesday and Thursdays from January 7 - March 26 (no camp sessions Feb. 11 & 13).
