Registration
Early registration is open until June 4, 2016. The registration fee is $110. After June 4, 2016, the registration fee is $125. Registration will be open through August 15, 2016. To sign up a player, you must register on-line at www.eayso.org and then mail two copies of your child’s registration to: Karen Leach, 1200 1st Street #H4, Key West, FL 33040. If you do not pay by credit card on-line, please include check payable to AYSO for the appropriate amount. Registered players who have not paid, will be placed on a waiting list.
Registration Fees
- Registration is $110 per child, (financial aid and sibling discounts available).
- Pay by credit card when you register at www.eayso.org. If you prefer to pay by check, please submit this with your registration.
- Players who register after August 15, 2016 will be put on a waiting list. Those on the waiting list will be placed on a team only if we have enough trained volunteer coaches and referees.

Returning Players (registered online for Fall 2015 season)
Step 1: Log into www.eayso.org using the email address and password used to register previously.
Step 2: Click the "Application for returning player" link. (Note: We have heard reports that some people are not able to use this link. If you receive this error, please call eAYSO support at 866-588-2976.)
Step 3: Click the player's name you wish to register, follow the prompts to update information about the player.
Step 4: At the end of the process, print two copies of the player's registration form and mail them to: Karen Leach, 1200 1st Street #H4, Key West, FL 33040.
Returning Players (first time doing online registration)
Step 1: Go to www.eayso.org.
Step 2: Click the "My child has played in AYSO, but we never have used eAYSO" link
Step 3: Follow the on-screen directions to create an eAYSO account. You may need to call the eAYSO support line to complete the process (866-588-2976).
Step 4: At the end of the process, print two copies of the player's registration form and mail them to: Karen Leach, 1200 1st Street #H4, Key West, FL 33040.
New Players
Step 1: Parents create a new account online at www.eayso.org by clicking "My child is new to AYSO and wants to play soccer"
Step 2: Follow the on-screen instructions to create an eAYSO account, then to register the player
Step 3: Mail two copies of the player's registration form and a copy of the player's birth certificate to: Karen Leach, 1200 1st Street #H4, Key West, FL 33040.
Volunteers
We can only accept as many players as we have volunteer coaches committed. If you want to make a difference, please consider helping out as a coach or referee: See Volunteer Information
When registering your child, you can also apply to be a volunteer, which is the first step in becoming a registered Coach, Team Parent, or Referee. Adults and Youth, 12 and older, can volunteer as Referees. You must be 18 to be a Coach or Team Parent.

Refund Requests
Did you move after you signed up your child to play soccer? Or did your child get hurt and won’t be able to play during the fall season? If your child was unable to play the entire season and you would like a refund, Please contact our Treasurer, Tami Lynch-McGrail. Please provide the player’s name, address, age/division, and a current phone number should we have any questions. No refunds will be issued after the first week of games. Allow 2-3 weeks to process.
