Important Note To Parents:
Please be sure to bring adequate water
for your child to all practices. Please be sure your child
has also been adequately hydrated throughout the day.
Dehydration and heat related illnesses often occur because
of poor hydration prior to practices and games. Also, please
be sure to have your child bring the appropriate size ball
for their age group and proper soccer equipment: soccer
shoes, shin guards and socks that cover the entire shin
guard. As in games, children will be asked to remove
watches, jewelry and hard hair pieces for their safety and
