Core (Recreation):         
Core is another name for AYSO’s standard or primary recreation soccer program. The Core program spans the U-6 to U-19 age divisions and is typically separated by gender, although co-ed soccer is offered sometimes for teen recreational programs. This is our foundation for age groups U6 and up and embraces all of AYSO's 6 philosophies. The purpose of this program is to grow the children technically but the main focus is for them to have fun.  Every player on every team must play at least 50% of every game.  Our season runs August-November for Fall and February-May for Spring.  All games are played on Saturdays at Mallard Creek Community Park with one training session scheduled during the week (except U6 which is Saturday only).

Mini Kickers introduces four-year-olds to AYSO soccer in a brief, pressure-free environment by playing simple, fun activities and games.

The AYSO Club Tournament Soccer program (AKA All Star) is a COMPETITIVE PROGRAM, designed as a secondary program for players who have the interest, skills and abilities and want to enhance their experience and individual growth through soccer while retaining the spirit of and organization membership in AYSO. Selected individuals are rostered on a Core (Primary/Rec League) program team and an AYSO Club (Tournament/All Star) team at the same time and participate fully with both teams.  Outside of the standard primary (Fall/Spring) Rec League seasons, AYSO Club teams compete against other clubs and AYSO regions in local and regional tournaments. 

The AYSO Club Tournament Soccer program is not designed to overshadow or harm the standard Core program – rather the goal is to strengthen AYSO by recruiting and retaining players and volunteers through providing more competitive play the AYSO way – all Tournament/All Star teams embrace the Six Philosophies of AYSO.  Tryouts are held in September/October.

VIP:
The VIP (Very Important Player) Program provides a quality soccer experience for children and adults whose physical or mental disabilities make it difficult to successfully participate on mainstream teams.
