Coaching children is a very rewarding experience. And coaching your own child's team can be one of the most rewarding experiences of all! Coaches are pivotal to having children get the AYSO experience. If Regions don't have enough coaches, registration is scaled back, and kids who want to play in AYSO are turned away.

Do you have little or no experience with soccer? No problem! AYSO will teach you based on the age level you are coaching. Unique age-appropriate coach training is one of AYSO's specialties. If you plan to be at your child's soccer practices and games, you'll also have time to be your child's coach.

Adult Referees Needed

We can't have games without referees. More importantly, it's rewarding and working with kids is great fun! Refs help keep every game fun, fair and safe.

Division Coordinators Needed

It is the Division Coordinator's responsibility to assign teams and coaches, schedule games, and handle the organization of divisions within the Region.Offering young athletes Balanced Teams is one of AYSO's core philosophies because maintaining a level playing field keeps the focus on the game, having fun and developing soccer competence, not winning or losing. Every child deserves the chance to play, to gain confidence and to do so in an environment that is encouraging. Requirements for this important job include honesty and good communication and organizational skills
