If you’re here, you’re in the right place to sign up your child for the upcoming season. Here’s what you need to know:

Divisions & Eligibility

• Divisions are based on your child’s birthdate as of May 1, 2026.
• Returning players stay on the same team if they remain in the same division.
• Zero play-up/play-down policy. If a division isn’t available, your child isn’t eligible.

For New Parents

1. Create a parent account on this Blue Sombrero site (using your email as the username works great).
2. Add your child’s information under “participant.”
3. Select Roy Gayle Baseball/Softball 2026. Divisions are shown based on birthdate.
4. Choose baseball or softball and the appropriate division.
   • No division changes once teams are posted.
   • Team requests are accepted but not guaranteed.

During Registration

• Volunteer options appear for Managers and Assistant Coaches (or select “not at this time”).
• Use the notes box for teammate/coach requests or placement info.

Payment & Refunds

• Payment is due at registration (Visa & Mastercard accepted; Discover and AmEx not accepted).
• Refunds available until April 1, 2026 (minus a $25 registration fee).

• Waitlists (except 6U) will open March 1. Registration closes March 15, with Shetland registration extended until April 1.
