Softball at Roy Gayle
Softball at Roy Gayle brings together players, families, and communities from across the region for a fun and competitive season.
When you register through Roy Gayle, your team will play home games right here at the Randerson-Carlson Sports Complex—our premier facility with eight diamonds, a full concession stand, and plenty of seating.
To ensure strong competition and enough teams at every age level, Roy Gayle also partners with nearby leagues and park districts.
Throughout the season, Roy Gayle teams not only welcome visiting teams from
Pecatonica Park District, Stateline (Roscoe, IL), Belvidere, and
Poplar Grove Park District, but also travel to each of these communities for away games.
Each Roy Gayle team will make one trip to each location, giving players the chance to compete in a variety of settings while still enjoying most of their games at home.
- Home field advantage at one of the region’s finest complexes.
- Balanced schedules with a mix of local competition and regional play.
- Broader connections with athletes and families from surrounding communities.
No matter where the game is played, the focus remains the same—teaching teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the game.
Roy Gayle softball players grow their skills while becoming part of a larger network of youth sports in Northern Illinois.
