Recreation Frequently Asked Questions

Can I request a teammate? 
Yes, in your registration you can request one teammate. We will make every effort to meet your request but sometimes not always possible. Only mutuals request are will be guaranteed 

I missed the registration deadline, Can I still register? 
Yes, but you will be added to a waiting list. Once registration closes, teams are then formed. Waitlist players will be added where open roster spots are available.

How are teams formed?
Teams are formed using a number of different factors. (teammate requests, school/church affiliations, player experience)

Do we keep score or standings?
No, we do not keep score. There are no team records, leagues standings or postseason. 

How do we find our game/practice schedule?
Game and practice schedule can be found on the calendar in TeamSnap. 

What is Teamsnap?
TeamSnap is a helpful team management tool that can be used from a web browser on a computer, or with one of your mobile apps for iOS or Android. Each team will have their own page to view roster, events and receive team communication.

What equipment does my player need? 
Players should wear shin guards, cleats (no baseball or football cleats) and bring a soccer ball to games and practice.  

What size ball does my player need?
U5 - U8- Size 3
U9-U12- Size 4
U13 and Older - Size 5

Do I need to order a uniform? 
If you are new in playing with us, you will need to order a uniform. Instructions to order will come in you confirmation email upon registering for a season. The uniform remains the same every season, so long as it fits you will not need to order again for the follow season. 

How will we know if soccer is canceled for weather or field closures?
Program wide communication will come via email by 3:30pm on weekdays and 9am on weekends. We also encourage team coaches to cancel the event in teamsnap as well so it shows in the team calendar. 

Are games  rescheduled if canceled? 
We schedule 10 games each season and will make every effort to reschedule any games canceled. 8 games played is consider a completed season.
