North Roanoke Rec Club offers Co-ed NFL Flag Football for 7U, 9U, 11U, and 13U. Our goal is to encourage our young athletes to lead an active lifestyle while learning how to be a part of team, make lifelong friends, and build confidence. Our volunteers coach our players using both offensive and defensive drills, conditioning, footwork, and good sportsmanship. Around the beginning of September our teams will begin to play games against other area NFL Flag Football teams.
Registration typically opens in early May and closes in July. All participants receive an NFL jersey.
