To be guaranteed a spot on a team, you must complete the registration by Tuesday December 31, 2024 by 11:59 pm. After this deadline, a late fee will apply and you will not be guaranteed a spot on a team! You will not be notified of coaching and team assignments until March 2025.

Please note the following:
We will NOT authorize a request for practice times, dates or coaching requests. Head coaches get to choose when their team practices. There will be NO REFUND of the registration fee except for the following cases:
if a written request to remove your child is postmarked (or sent by e:Mail) no later than 10 days from the final registration date, (player drop forms available here)
your child is on the waiting list and is not placed on a team
your child is injured or becomes ill before the second game of the season and can not participate in any more games
or your family moves out of the Mason area before the season begins.
Refunds will NOT be given for conflicts due to practice/ game conflicts.
The only way two children will be assigned to the same team is if the parents volunteer to coach and assistant coach together. There are no exceptions to this policy as SAY National requires us to draw the teams at random. See below for more information!
If your assigned team in the Spring presents any scheduling conflicts we do NOT facilitate those conflicts by moving children to different teams or to different practice nights, there are no exceptions to this rule.
