Referees for are assigned manually based on weekly availability.
To be considered for games:
- Complete the Weekly Availability Form by Tuesday each week.
- Initial assignments will be posted by Thursday Morning on the Referee Schedule.
- Once assignments are posted, you must click the accept button on Thursday to acknowledge and accept the game you have been scheduled for. Failure to do so on Thursday, will mean the game is re-assigned to a different referee.
- if you need to cancel after accepting, you must call/text Erin Kelley.
When submitting your availability:
- Only include your availability for the upcoming Saturday.
- For example, when submitting availability for April 12, only include April 12. Do not include availability for future dates (e.g., April 26).
Important:
Submitting your availability does not guarantee you will be assigned a game. Some divisions have a large number of referees, and we strive to distribute assignments fairly. If you’re not scheduled one week, it is to give others a chance. Please continue submitting your availability each week to remain in consideration.
No Show Policy:
A game that is not cancelled by sending a message to Erin Kelley (513-262-7487) more than 24 hours in advance or NOT due to an emergency or unexcused situation is considered a NO-SHOW.
1st Offense: Meeting with Freddy to discuss why the game was missed.
2nd Offense: Games will no longer be assigned.
