Verify the ADDRESS INFORMATION and update if necessary.

Complete the four (4) 2020 SPRING REGISTRATION REFUND questions in the Additional Information section.

    1.   Send Refund to Venmo Account (to be provided)
 
    2.   Send Refund to PayPal Account (to be provided)
 
    3.   Send Refund via Mailed Check (to address listed)
 
    4.   Donation Options and Donation $ Amount (if so desired)
