Robert Bachman - Inducted 1999

  • Served Nor-Gwyn for 25 years (late 1960s to early 1990s)
  • Vice President and board member of the former Gwyn-Nor Youth Baseball & Softball
  • Co-founder and board member of the former Upper Gwynedd/North Wales Baseball Association
  • Nor-Gwyn Youth Baseball coach & manager for 8 years
  • Helped open and operate first Nor-Gwyn refreshment stand
  • Instrumental in acquiring use of the land for the Nor-Gwyn Complex in early 1970s
  • Created the original measurements and plans for the design of Hostelley Field and 4 Youth Baseball/Softball fields
  • One of the Youth Baseball/Softball fields co-named in his honor in 2003

  • Chaired fundraising committee to turn nine acres of open space into the current Nor-Gwyn Complex in 1970s

 Gerald (Ben) Hostelley  Inducted 1999
  • Served Nor-Gwyn from 1947 to 1997 (50 years)
  • Co-founder and board member of Upper Gwynedd/North Wales Baseball Association
  • Held positions of President, Field Director, and Equipment Director for Nor-Gwyn
  • President of Pennsylvania Connie Mack Youth Baseball for 26 years and Bux-Mont Connie Mack League for 29 years
  • Connie Mack and American Legion Baseball team manager
  • Expanded Connie Mack Youth Baseball with "B" and "C" Leagues and started Connie Mack Fall Baseball
  • Inducted into Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame in 1984
  • Main Nor-Gwyn field named in his honor in 1996 for 50 years of service to youth

 James Sullivan - Inducted 1999
  • Served Nor-Gwyn from 1964 to 2000 (36 years)
  • Coached and managed Nor-Gwyn Youth Baseball and Connie Mack Baseball
  • Held Nor-Gwyn positions of Connie Mack & American Legion Baseball Commissioner, Treasurer, and Equipment Director
  • Served on the committee to merge three youth baseball/softball organizations to form Nor-Gwyn Baseball & Softball in 1986
  • Bux-Mont Connie Mack Baseball B and C League Commissioner
  • Pennsylvania Connie Mack Youth Baseball President

Richard Ferretti - Inducted 2000
  • Served Nor-Gwyn from 1974 to 1987 (13 years)
  • Nor-Gwyn Youth Baseball, Connie Mack Baseball, and Softball coach and manager
  • Served as President of Gwyn-Nor Youth Baseball League
  • Set-up and ran Saturday morning winter clinics for players and coaches in area school gymnasiums
  • Started Nor-Gwyn Softball program in 1984
  • Recruited Softball players and coaches, prepared fields, and acquiring uniforms and equipment

  • Served Nor-Gwyn from 1960 to 1990 (30 years)
  • Coached Nor-Gwyn Youth League and Connie Mack Baseball from 1960 to 1971
  • Served as President of the former Gwyn-Nor Youth Baseball League for four years
  • Board member of the former Upper Gwynedd-North Wales Baseball Association from 1967 to 1984
  • Created plans for the original refreshment stand building at the Nor-Gwyn Complex
  • Nor-Gwyn’s first Refreshment Stand Director
  • Hand-mowed and prepared the original Youth Baseball fields at the former Leads and Northrup facility for games prior to founding of the Nor-Gwyn Complex

  • Served Nor-Gwyn from 1979 to 2004 (25 years)
  • Coached and managed T-Ball, Nor-Gwyn Youth Baseball, Connie Mack, and American Legion Baseball
  • Served as President of the former Gwyn-Nor Youth Baseball League
  • Served as Nor-Gwyn Director, Field Director, and Treasurer

  • Coached and managed T-Ball, Youth Baseball and Connie Mack Baseball, and Softball
  • Instrumental in establishment and early development of Nor-Gwyn Softball program in 1980s
  • Mentored many young girls to instill confidence and teach game skills, sportsmanship, and teamwork

  • Coached in the former Gwyn-Nor Youth Baseball League from 1955 to 1961
  • Served as Secretary-Treasurer of Nor-Gwyn Baseball from 1961 to 1970
  • Assisted in incorporating the former Upper Gwynedd-North Wales Baseball Association
  • Developed fundraising and sponsorship programs for local companies to support Nor-Gwyn

  • Served Nor-Gwyn from 1979 to 2016 (over 38 years)
  • Coached and managed T-Ball, Youth Baseball, Connie Mack Baseball, American Legion Baseball, and Softball
  • Vice President of the former Gwyn-Nor Youth Baseball League
  • Vice President of Nor-Gwyn Baseball & Softball from 1986 to 1997 (12 years)
  • President of Nor-Gwyn Baseball & Softball from 1997 to 2016 (19 years)
  • Served as Refreshment Stand Director
  • Served on the committee to merge three youth baseball/softball organizations to form Nor-Gwyn Baseball & Softball in 1986
  • Served on fundraising committee that raised over $100,000 to install lights on two fields in 1989
  • Chaired Registration, Opening Day, Perky Baseball Team, and PA American Legion Baseball Region 2 Tournament Committees
  • Awarded President Emeritus Status upon retirement in 2016.






   
   Kenneth Constable - Inducted 2012
  • Served Nor-Gwyn from 1992 to present (over 27 years)
  • Managed or coached 20 teams over a 15-year span at many levels of Nor-Gwyn Baseball and Softball, (T-Ball, Softball, Youth Baseball, Fall Baseball, Connie Mack Baseball and Senior Connie Mack Baseball).
  • Nor-Gwyn Youth Baseball Commissioner and Board Officer from 2000 to present (20 seasons)
  • Instilled a culture within Nor-Gwyn Youth Baseball stressing inclusion, fun, sportsmanship, and learning for players of all skill levels over the need to win games
  • Established the Machine-Pitch Pony Baseball League at Nor-Gwyn in 2006
  • Designed and championed the creation of T-Ball Stadium at the Nor-Gwyn Complex
  • Established replenishment of Sullivan Memorial Registration Hardship Fund as a way for teams to honor their coaches

  • Coached and managed T-Ball, Softball, Youth Baseball & Connie Mack Baseball
  • Served on Board of Directors 2000 to present (19 years)
  • Served as Board Secretary from 2004 - 2011 (8 years)
  • President of Nor-Gwyn Baseball & Softball from 2016 to present (3 years)
  • Served as Co-Ed T-Ball League Commissioner from 2006 - present (11 years)
  • Chaired 5K Run, Election, Team Photos, and Sponsorship Committees
  • Served on Legion Region 2 Tournament and Audit Committees





   
   Kevin Manero - Inducted 2015
  • Served Nor-Gwyn from 1998 to 2006 (9 years)
  • Established a sense of pride, tradition, and excellence in the Nor Gwyn American Legion Baseball Program.
  • Evolved Nor-Gwyn among the elite of American Legion Baseball Programs - respected for quality and class.
  • Championed Nor-Gwyn's application & selection as host of two PA American Legion Regional Tournaments.
  • Gained notoriety for Nor-Gwyn as an ambassador of American Legion Baseball.
  • The youngest person ever inducted into the American Legion Baseball Hall of Fame (2012).
  • Team stewardship accomplishments include the following:
  • 9 Appearances in the Bux-Mont American Legion Baseball Tournament
  • 7 Consecutive Appearances in the PA American Legion Baseball Region 2 Tournament
  • 4 Bux-Mont American Legion Baseball Regular Season League Championships

  • 2 PA American Legion Region 2 Championships

John Clayton

  • Served Nor-Gwyn from 1995 to present (25 seasons)
  • Managed or coached 28 Nor-Gwyn Baseball teams from 1995 to 2016 (21 years), resulting in 2 Bux-Mont Connie Mack Baseball League Champions and 4 Youth Baseball League Champions
  • Recipient of 2012 Larry Meyers Memorial Coach of the Year Award
  • Served as Board Director, Equipment Manager, Field Director, Youth League Umpire Manager, Youth League Tournament Director, Assistant Commissioner of Youth Baseball
  • Responsible for numerous improvements to Nor-Gwyn Complex facility
  • Developed the Nor-Gwyn Youth Baseball Coaching Building Blocks training manual.  Conducted numerous Youth Baseball Coaching Clinics emphasizing the following:


"Nor-Gwyn’s philosophy is to help players grow in spirit, mind and body.  As coaches, we will teach the fundamentals of baseball while emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship and respect.  The things we teach our young players through our words and our actions go beyond the baseball field.  Learning how to grow and play baseball the right way now, physically and mentally, will help them in the future, both on and off the field. My hope is to show that hard work and attitude will always pay off.  We will set clear expectations so players will know the path they need to follow.”
