Keizer Youth Basketball Association (aka KYBA) is governed and operated by a board of volunteers, who are passionate about basketball and providing a positive, safe and fun environment for the youth of Keizer and surrounding areas.  KYBA regularly serves over 400 boys and girls during each season offering both Recreational play and Tournament Teams.
