Hello Parents,
Below you will find some good information to refer back to throughout the season.
Competitive – What the office needs from each player
o What each player needs on file, in order to play CSA/MRL
o Picture (if not at tryouts- please email picture to [email protected] with your child’s name and team
o Medical Release form (can be found at gjsoccer.org under the forms tab).
o Birth Certificate if player has never played CSA/MRL.
· Reasons parents will not be able to register their children on line
o Player is playing to grade not age (playing up)
o If you are paying with a check or cash rather than a credit card
PLEASE NOTE: NO player can play "down"- CSA's Insurance will NOT cover them anymore.
Registration Dates/Process- Competitive (CSA/MRL)
· Fall Registration normally opens the first week of June thru the end of June.
· At the beginning of the registration process-each player will need their user name and that they gave the club and their password to log in. If you forgot your password the system can e-mail this to you. If you are still having trouble please feel free to call the office at 242-4550. Do not make another profile.
Coaching fee-
· Fall Coaching fees are due by AUGUST 7th, 2020.
· Spring Coaching fees are due by February 28th of each year
· All costs are divided between all players on a team(either 9v9 or 11v11)
· All fees are to be collected by the team manager and put into your team account then your team will be required to write a check written to GJSC so we can pay the coach.
o MRL (9v9- U11/12) $3000.00 per season/ $6000.00 per season- this cost is to be divided out by the number of players you have- that will be what each players owes
o MRL (11v11) $3500.00 per season/ $7000.00 per season. This cost is to be divided out by the number of players you have- that will be what each players owes
o CSA (9v9- U11/12) $3000.00 per team per season/ $6000.00 per year- this cost is to be divided out by the number of players you have- that will be what each players owes
o CSA (11v11) $3500.00 per season/ $7000.00 per season. This cost is to be divided out by the number of players you have- that will be what each players owes
· This is a year commitment (except High School players who will only play one season). If arrangements are not made prior to the initial commitment of accepting placement on a team- a FULL years payment is due without a refund.* Refunds will only be given with Dr. note or moving out of state.
· Please remember that in the SPRING SEASON, games are scheduled by the State during Spring Break and while coaches try to reschedule games, please be prepared to play games during that time. All of Colorado has different weeks for Spring Break and there is no way to schedule to avoid this conflict.
Coaching expenses- Reimbursement of Coaches for league play and tournament travel
· 50 cents per mile or cost of rental car and gas (Insurance is mandatory)
o Only paid if traveling further than 40 miles.
· Hotel cost at the hotel the team is staying (hopefully managers can get the room comped – this should be possible if arrangements are made to stay at the same place as another GJSC team).
· $40 per day food allowance for trips to Denver and overnight stays
· $40 per day for food allowance for day trips
o If a coach is coaching two teams for an out of town game; coaching travel should be split between the teams.
o All families are required to pay their portion of the coaching travel for league play and required spring/fall tournaments, even if they decide not to travel/play out of town. The only time a player is not required to pay coaching travel, is if it is an optional tournament and your child is not participating.
Competitive Registration Costs: approximate yearly costs are based on a team of 15 players (could vary depending on the number of players) (call office for pmt arrangements before 6/30)
· United (9v9-U11/12) approximate costs
· Registration: $555.00 per year ($277.50+$277.50=$555.00) Registration includes 10 winter indoor training sessions.
· Two options for pmt
o Option one: Pay in full by August 7th.
o Option two:
o First installment is due (1/2) upon registration($277.50)by August 7th.
o There will be a $20 late fee added to your registration if not registered by August 7th.
o 2nd /final installment due first Friday in October each year ($277.50)
o Coaching fees- $3000.00 per season/$6000.00 per year (divided by number of players)
o Coaches travel Costs: Approx $150.00 per player
o Uniform Cost- will be approximately $164.00- this includes: 2 Jerseys, 2 pair of socks, training top and pair of shorts
· United (11v11) approximate costs
· Registration: $$555.00 per year ($277.50+$277.50=$555.00) Registration includes 10 winter indoor training sessions.

o Option two:

o Registration: $680.00 per year ($340.00+$340.00=$680.00) (includes 20 winter training sessions)
· Two options for pmt
o Option one: Pay in full by August 7th.
o Option two:

o There will be a $20 late fee added to your registration if not registered by August 7th.
o 2nd /final installment due first Friday in October each year ($213.75)
o Coaching fees-
§ CSA $3500.00 per season or $7000.00 per year (divided by number of players)
o Registration for H.S. boys will be in November.
